Grafham Holdings Ltd was founded in September 2001 by Kevin Beamon and Bill Habergham, initially to buy the assets and business of Hovat Ltd in Larkfield, Kent and Ascom Addressing Ltd in Dartford, Kent.

 

The objective was to merge the two companies and form a dynamic new Group to supply flexible packaging and self-adhesive labels principally to the UK & Irish food industry.

 

This objective was successfully achieved and, over the last decade and a half, the Grafham Group has grown to a turnover in excess of £20million and supplies packaging for some of the leading food brands in the UK and Ireland; unforgettable and far reaching brands such as Weetabix, Anchor butter, Country Life butter, Whitworths Sugar, Sweet n Low sweeteners, Wrights Flour, Crisp n Dry oils, Tetley tea and Clover Spreadable.

 

In addition to these iconic brands, Grafham’s operating companies also produce food-related packaging for all major “own label” retailers including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Asda, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl and all major independent supermarkets.

 

Following the acquisition of Retail Packaging Solutions in Sutton in Ashfield in 2016, Grafham also distributes a range of food packaging and consumables through major wholesalers, retailers and logistic groups, including Brakes, Bookers, Bidfoods and Whole Foods.

 

Grafham’s self-adhesive label capability covers everything from food “day labelling”, garden centre labels and sticks, franking labels to the USA, Japan and the EU amongst others, and its own range of A4 sheets.
